Providing Public Comment During the Meeting

Members of the public who wish to address the Council, by providing public comment, during the meeting must do so in-person in the Civic Center Council Chambers at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 in Windsor, where the meeting is being publicly held. As an alternative, members may also provide written public comment submitted via email to: towncouncil@townofwindsor.ca.gov, please submit them by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. If a Councilmember is participating remotely under the provisions of Assembly Bill 2449, members of the public will be allowed to provide public comment through Zoom.

Approve a Major Construction Services Agreement with the driller, Park Water Resources, LLC, to drill, install and develop two new municipal wells, as part of the Los Amigos Shallow ASR Water Supply Wells Installation and Testing Project in an amount not to exceed $853,585 and authorize the Town Manager to execute said agreement and approve any required construction change orders up to the authorized project budget contingency of 20 percent, on behalf of the Town.

Approve the plans and specifications and award the construction contract to FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc., in the amount of $122,317 for the construction of the Windsor Road Sidewalk Gap Closure at 8886 Windsor Road Project and authorize the Town Manager to execute the construction contract and any required construction change orders up to the authorized project budget on behalf of the Town.
